Introduction to Surah Az-Zukhruf

Surah Az-Zukhruf is the 43rd chapter of the Holy Quran with 89 verses revealed in Makkah. "Az-Zukhruf" means "The Gold Adornments" or "The Ornaments of Gold." If not for the risk of all humanity becoming disbelievers, Allah would have given the disbelievers houses with roofs of silver and gold (43:33-35) — implying that worldly provisions are so trivial in Allah's sight that He would lavish them freely if they didn't cause spiritual harm.
